The Cellarius Kitchen Experience with Chef Travis Westrope

Pouring world-renowned wines and using only the freshest, local ingredients, Chef Travis Westrope introduces guests to new flavor experiences. Reservations required at least 48 hours in advance. Offered Monday – Friday at 12:00 pm, April 2nd - December 31, 2018.
Chef Travis knows the Stags Leap District well and understands how to highlight the unique characteristics of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars wines. He harnesses the individuality of the wines to create dishes that both complement and contrast their flavors and aromas.
During The Cellarius Kitchen Experience Chef Travis will be available to personally present plates, sharing the story behind each pairing. His presence in the kitchen helps connect the dish to the wine, enhancing the narrative, and creating lasting memories.
This gourmet experience is offered Monday to Friday at 1:00 pm in the Cellarius Kitchen and includes a winery tour and a seated tasting. Maximum of 12 guests. Reservations required at least 48 hours in advance. This experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Special pricing for club members.
