Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Live Auction Lot Sold for $130K At Auction Napa Valley

The Stag's Leap Wine Cellars live auction lot (Lot 38) sold for an incredible $130,000 at Auction Napa Valley, making it one of the Top 10 live lots at the Napa Valley Vintner’s annual community fundraiser. The 31st Annual Auction Napa Valley, known as “The American Wine Classic,” took place June 4th on the lawn at Meadowood and raised $7.3 million for local charities.

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars 2007 FAY Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Poured at State Dinner Hosted by President Obama for the Queen of England

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars received a tremendous honor last week when the 2007 FAY Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was poured at a State Dinner hosted by President Obama for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip at Winfield House, the American embassy in London. The dinner took place on Wednesday, May 25th.

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Receives “Napa Green” Program Certification

Stag's Leap Wine Cellars has become a “Napa Green Certified Land” and “Napa Green Certified Winery. “ These rigorous programs were developed by the Napa Valley Vintners to implement sound, sustainable practices for protecting and enhancing the ecological quality of the region. Of the 500+ wineries in Napa Valley, there are currently only 45 wineries certified under this voluntary program.
