The annual Premiere Napa Valley wine futures auction had its biggest event ever this February, raising over $3 million for the Napa Valley Vintners. Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars was proud to participate again this year. “XL,” the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon lot created in tribute to the history-making S.L.V. vineyard, sold for $28,000 to the Bounty Hunter of Napa.

The Stag's Leap Wine Cellars live auction lot (Lot 38) sold for an incredible $130,000 at Auction Napa Valley, making it one of the Top 10 live lots at the Napa Valley Vintner’s annual community fundraiser. The 31st Annual Auction Napa Valley, known as “The American Wine Classic,” took place June 4th on the lawn at Meadowood and raised $7.3 million for local charities.

The Stag's Leap Wine Cellars live auction lot (Lot 27) sold for a record-breaking $86,100 at the 19th Annual High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction on Saturday, March 26. Themed “The Ultimate Collection,” the 2011 auction focused on a major initiative of the High Museum – partnering with world-renowned institutions such as the Louvre and MoMA to bring incredible collections of art to Atlanta. The event took place under the tents at Atlanta Station, bringing together a great blend of wine, art, food and friends.
A collection of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon in 3L bottles – A 3L bottle of 2006 FAY Cabernet Sauvignon, 2006 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon and 2006 CASK 23 Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a copy of the book, Judgment of Paris, signed by author George Taber and Stag's Leap Wine Cellars' founder.
